I simply do not have enough good things to say about this company! We are new homeowners with a lot of things we don't understand and issues we didn't expect. JA Smith has been INCREDIBLE — taking the time to explain things. Sharon is lovely to speak to and always helpful. Greg spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining how a boiler worked! And Rich has saved us twice — we've only lived here 3 weeks!

Mack just serviced the plumbing in my kitchen. I was bracing myself for a large fix and bill but he tried little steps to remedy the problem. They worked. He also took the time to educate me on how to prevent the issue from happening again. It is really hard to find honest service, and I am so happy to have found this company.

I am an on-site manager for a property management company. I never leave Google reviews but for this amazing company I had to. We had what we thought to be an emergency with our main water line. I called around and nobody could help or said it was 'too big of a job.' I called J.A. Smith and they were AMAZING. Hands down one of the best companies I have ever experienced.

We had a hot water heater replacement issue at our hair salon. When I called, they were incredibly helpful and efficient. Their pricing was accurate and incredibly reasonable. When we bought a new house with major plumbing issues, they were who we called. Mack was on time, focused, and walked us through every issue.

I can't say enough great things about this company! We recently built out our yoga studio and these guys worked so hard to make everything perfect and completed on time. Mike and Ryan went above and beyond with our electrical work — Ryan even showed up on the Friday night before we opened our doors to fix a problem.

Responds quickly every time I have needed their help. Always professional, friendly, informative when explaining what needs to be done and fixes the problem quickly. I have been a customer for over 10 years and would only use JA Smith for any of my plumbing needs.

Had these folks out here take care of three or so plumbing issues. They were highly recommended by a trusted friend. They came out at the time they said they would, Rick and Mike were as pleasant as can be. Very polite, told me what they were going to do, how, and why. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great service, great work and even better people. Been helping my family for almost 50 years!
